Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Suite was small World's tiniest bathroom Sofa bed mattress was stained so we requested a different room. That mattress was also stained and very old. Bedding had to be requested and picked up from the front desk. No mattress pad was provided and king sized sheets were given, much too large for the bed. Carpet on the stairs to the lobby was badly worn. This property is in need of many updates and improved maintenance. November 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unclean rooms and limited amenities For the price paid, it was very sparse. No pool! There was a tiny Jacuzzi that no one dared to used because the water looked scuzzy. Worse was the room - totally unclean when we checked in. The bathroom was disgusting - so much hair in the drain water wouldn't go down. Half the tv channels did not come in. Next day after the room was "serviced" was clear it wasn't vacuumed or cleaned. Had to have manager come up to view, who apologized and had the room re-cleaned again. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express properties and felt good about it, but obviously I can't recommend this one or the brand again based on this experience. November 11, 2015

I was able to complete my training and return to hotel and enjoy the amenities of the hotel. My room was very comfortable and the temperature was excellent. November 9, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by n/a Front Desk staff (Tamika) is very unprofessional When i first entered the hotel I was not greeted do to the fact she was to busy on her cell phone. It took me at least 20 minutes to check in. I travel frequently with IHG brands and I have never stayed at a brand where i felt unwanted and not welcomed. The lady does not have any customer service skills and should not be in the hotel industry I will not be returning to this property. I also will be contacting cooperate and sharing my horrible experience, as well as informing IHG on the the type of employees they have at there front desk. Secondly, when i got into the room there were bugs on the desk , the phone did not work and the room look out dated and old. November 4, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed with the staff at this hotel One of my co workers made the reservation for 3 of us, and I tried and tried over 3 days to get the room changed to my name so I could get the points credit. There was always an excuse as to why it couldn't be done by the person at the front desk and the manager was never available.As I was leaving to catch my plane after receiving my statement under the door, I realized they had changed the name to another person with the same name. I sent in a lost points report, but it took a phone call to Matt in Customer service to get it straightened out. He took care of it immediately. The hotel looked like it hadn't been spruced up in some time and I did not get the points or treat bag I usually get as a gold member. All in all I was quite disappointed with this hotel and am very glad that this rarely happens when I stay at an HIE hotel. Matt reaffirmed my confidence in HIE hotels, but I don't think I will stay at that particular location in the future. November 1, 2015
