I would highly recommend this hotel. The lobby and rooms were recently (I think) renovated, and everything is very stylish and comfortable. The location in Cambridge is conveniently close to a T-stop though there aren't any restaurants or shops in the blocks around the hotel. I will keep this place in mind as an excellent value for the Boston area.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early, had great service, comfortable beds, and hotel was close to subway and walking distance to restaurants. It's not in the prettiest area, but we weren't willing to pay the high price that required. Overall a very nice experience!

My family and I vacationed in Boston for the first time. We selected the hotel for price, amenities, and proximity to the T. We stayed for 5 nights and had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was enough to sustain us and always well stocked. Since we walked everywhere we went and my feet were killing me, I might have considered one o the other hotels a bit closer, but this was still only about 5 blocks from the Lechmere stop. Overall, we had a good experience with this hotel.

This hotel was comfortable and met all my needs. The staff was exceptional. And I mean that. The front desk service was great. Friendly and helpful with recommendations, calling for ground transportation, and answering questions.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by WKwk Decent lodgings, would stay again.
The room was fine. Everyone was very nice at the hotel and there are a fair number of options for breakfast.
The bad: the electrical stuff was on the fritz. Dead outlets, whining air conditioner. I unplugged it. The people in the next room were noisy jerks but the staff took care of it.
On the upside, the internet connection was pretty solid. I don't think I got disconnected once.

Excellent room and staff were very helpful. We had a large party (8) and the check-in / check-out was very quick and smooth. The rooms were very clean and up to date. I would highly recommend this location for future visits.

I think this is the first HIE that I've encountered with no fitness center. I was counting on a treadmill. My fault for not checking in advance but still. This was a pricey hotel so it should have a place to work out. No pool either but that didn't matter to us. The area around the hotel is marginal. The front desk staff was helpful in terms of advice on how to get around. Another plus was the hotel's proximity to the T (train service). We used the T for all of our transportation needs, including to and from the hotel/airport The biggest disappointment (other than lack of fitness room) was no Internet (WiFi) during the first two days of our stay. I think this was a Comcast problem, not the hotel's fault.
