It was great getting out of the speedway of Atlanta's metro city and we were relieved the hotel was very clean and conveniently located right off the interstate. The only changes would have been an outdoor rather than indoor pool and a ceiling fan. July 22, 2015

There are such items as cleanliness, etc. that will vary from establishment to establishment, but what often makes the difference in the quality of stay is the employee staff. The group at the Canton, GA Holiday Inn Express could not possibly get nicer. They strive in every way to accommodate guests. They are professional, polite and friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. July 15, 2015

She made sure to welcome me and feel right at home. When I had trouble with the TV not working. She moved me into another room right away. July 11, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not on of the top choices I chose to stay at this property because it was close to where I needed to be but in the future will find a different HIE in the Atlanta Area. The room was not at all up to date with the maintenance. The shower curtain rod was barely hanging on as it looked like someone tried to remount it with white putty. The Maid on our floor spoke no English so she basically just let me take whatever I needed from her cart. The outside area was in need of cleaning up, cigarette butts and other 'trash' were visible in common areas. I used points and when asked for a receipt was told that since I used points, there wasn't one available. Other HIE properties, I have been provided a receipt for tracking purposes. June 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, quiet, and location. This hotel was close to our destination and purpose of visit to Canton, as well as, popular restaurants and stores. The staff were exceptionally nice - good representatives of true Southern hospitality. Beds were very comfortable. Even though we were near the common areas, the hotel was quiet. Very enjoyable stay.
