We have stayed in this hotel many times before since we have family in the area. Often, like this time, we have had multiple rooms. This was our worse stay EVER. The hotel needs a total renovation. The staff is friendly and tries very hard to be helpful but there was too much for them to overcome: no towels or unable to replace towels (which were thin and grey), no pool towels and the jacuzzi had been filled in with a plant, lumpy soft bed, difficulty with reservations in spite of repeated calls prior to arrival, no hot coffee Sunday morning, yogurt that had been frozen making it inedible, stained furniture, no housekeeping one day. The manager generously allowed us to have a birthday party for the baby one night in the breakfast room. We enjoyed the warm cookies. But, beyond that, it was a most disappointing stay.

Staff at the front desk were extremely pleasant. With an abundance of maintenance issues they were trying everything to accommodate the guests.

The bed was hard has a rock and there was no way to keep nothing cool there was no refrigerator. .

This hotel is by far the first HIE I've stayed in that is no way up to HIE standards. The only rooms with micro fridge are the suites. Breakfast was minimal at best. About the only thing promising here is the staff.

Go to the Rome facility, it's nicer, cleaner and less nosie. It is worth the 20 minute drive becuse you will lose over 20 minutes of sleep hearing kids playing at 10 at night in the hallway and dogs barking.

I came here because we were going to a motocross track in the area. It was just what the doctor ordered! Simple, clean, and not too expensive.

The mattress on one bed was a little saggy. Would not hurt to replace the mattress.

So many issues with the property as I listed in my feedback to IHG. Staff tried very hard to make our stay a positive one. Only due to their efforts was I not inclined to ask for the entire stay to be refunded.
