We needed an overnight stay, We chose this hotel because of its proximity to our meeting locations on Tuesday. The room was adequate. However the staff's customer services skills left much to be desired. I accidentally pushed the wrong button on the coke vending machine. I took it to the evening front desk clerk, asking for a refund for the unopened drink. My mistake, I understand. But she acted as if I was asking for a gold bracelet, instead of a $1.25 exchange.
When we checked out on Tuesday I asked for a receipt. I was told that we could not get one because we booked online through an agency. It was not the refusal per se, but rude manner in which we were given the rejection.
If good customer service is important to you, I cannot recommend this location.

Enjoyable stay; would stay there again. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good and warm. I have nothing to complain about. All was good

Easy on/off from the hwy. Comfortable sleeping, very little outside noise and the hotel in general was very clean

we stayed at the hotel the night before a cruise. they offered a shuttle packege. was a decent price and i feel like i got exactly what i payed for.

The moldy smell hits you when you enter the room.
The maids who cleaned our room did a very good job!
It is not their fault.

After a long train ride, my husband and I arrived as wary travelers to the most comfortable bed with soft pillows and linens. My husband and I had the best sleep ever. He usually complains about bedding and bad pillows in hotels but he only had positive comments about our room.
We were delighted with the accomodations.
