Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice property The third time I have stayed at this hotel. Once again, it was very nice, clean, and comfortable. No issues with the hotel at all, but if you are a IHG member, keep up with your points. I stayed there on the 11th, 12th, and the 13th. It was two different reservations due to my client asking me to come in a day early after I had already made my reservation for the 12th and 13th. Somehow they have only allowed me 2 qualifying nights and have not given me my Welcome points of 500 x 2. Hopefully, these transgressions will be taken care of. Other than the accounting, everything else was perfect. You are within stone's throw of a Cracker Barrel, so eating is very convenient as well. I would definitely recommend! February 18, 2015

The room was dark and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Internet ran perfectly being on the top floor and in the corner! Breakfast was excellent. February 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay Received excellent customer service! Traveling with a newborn and his mother, which required a room located away from near neighbors (crying in the night). Staff provided us a room on third floor with no neighbors on either side :D They provided us an in-room microwave to heat bottles during the night and went the extra-mile to ensure we had what we needed. I would stay there again, without hesitation!! Great service, comfortable room, and clean facilities. The staff here really know customer service. February 11, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay in the Mtn. Upon arrival, clean and neat looking facility. Easy access to hwy. The staff was welcoming and professional. The room was clean, fresh and was attached to a reasonable price tag. The bed, pillows and linens were fresh and comfortable. The room darkened very well, and there was no noise at all. The breakfast offering was nice and all food was hot. Check out was smooth and the bill was correct. Was nice to have such a smooth experience. Thanks Greg February 9, 2015
