Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible Hotel Check Inn said three didn't check in until 7:30 p.m. almost 8:00 p.m after taking a three hour drive with four kids. Pool closed end of June for renovations never of heard of such long renovations. Tv jacked up on directory because it was leaning housekeeping no good. Breakfast never stocked. I hated it July 23, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service. great service buy employees, location was good for my needs. eye test good. business center out of order as well as the exercise equipment. i had to good to different for ice and soft drinks. i like the brand (holiday Inn). i always make Holiday Inn my first choice when traveling or planning for a trip. i retired as a trainer at the reservation center which makes it habitual when considering lodging. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by No clean towels or breakfast one day. My family of four stayed here for three days, but was suppose to stay here four days. We requested four towels twice one of the days, and once the final day, and did get three towels the final day. The pool and gym were closed all three days that we were there. The breakfast food holders were empty on Saturday morning (our final day) at 9:15, so we left the dinning area due to the line of people waiting on someone to fill it, and came back at 10:05, and there was NO breakfast left out. Overall, it seemed the Manager was pleasant, but the front desk staff did not want to help, or do anything. When we called for towels the second day, the front desk clerk told us that house-keeping was not there, so he could not get us any. They did discount our room by $15, but we stay in Holiday Inn Expresses everytime we travel, and this was the worst experience that we have ever had. In fact, we did not have any maid service the whole three days/ four nights that we were there. July 22, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not my favorite by a longshot! This hotel was just plain bad. From the moment I walked in the door to check in, until the moment I walk out the door at checkout. The staff was lackluster at best and the room smelled bad and was old and outdated. Pretty sad. July 21, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to IHG standards Two night stay *Elevator carpet filthy and stained *Room smelled musty *Carpet wet near AC unit and desk- desk notified *Called desk requested 05:00 wake up call *Bath tub had some water in it and was in poor condition *Morning one-no wake up call *Coffee pot had coffee left in it *Returned to room in PM *Carpet still wet *Bathtub had residual H2O in it *Coffee pot had the AM's coffee still in it, no new coffee packet left in room-This occurred on my previous stays here! I stayed here previously and the 2nd floor ice machine is still broken as well as the pool / exercise room and business center. This location falls far below the IHG standards I have come to expect.
