Staff was excellent. Room and bath room need to be updated. The room had an odor.

great service buy employees, location was good for my needs. eye test good. business center out of order as well as the exercise equipment. i had to good to different for ice and soft drinks. i like the brand (holiday Inn). i always make Holiday Inn my first choice when traveling or planning for a trip. i retired as a trainer at the reservation center which makes it habitual when considering lodging.

My family of four stayed here for three days, but was suppose to stay here four days. We requested four towels twice one of the days, and once the final day, and did get three towels the final day. The pool and gym were closed all three days that we were there. The breakfast food holders were empty on Saturday morning (our final day) at 9:15, so we left the dinning area due to the line of people waiting on someone to fill it, and came back at 10:05, and there was NO breakfast left out. Overall, it seemed the Manager was pleasant, but the front desk staff did not want to help, or do anything. When we called for towels the second day, the front desk clerk told us that house-keeping was not there, so he could not get us any. They did discount our room by $15, but we stay in Holiday Inn Expresses everytime we travel, and this was the worst experience that we have ever had. In fact, we did not have any maid service the whole three days/ four nights that we were there.
