Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Broken pool and rude kitchen staff We spent a few nights here while in town for a wedding. For the most part it is what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express, the rooms were pretty clean, but nothing really out of the ordinary. We had our kids with us, as did other family and friends, so we decided to check out the pool. It was ICY cold, and the front desk didn't know how or care to fix it. We had to ask for towels, they brought TWO for EIGHT kids. In the morning the coffee ran out long before breakfast was supposed to be over. There were three coffee tanks, all were empty. When we asked the woman working very politely if she could make more, she said 'yes', then proceeded to empty all of the trash cans and never made coffee. The following day the pancake maker was out of batter, and she had the exact same response - said 'yes', then went to do something else completely. April 17, 2016

The staff remembers us from previous stays and we love it that they are "waiting" for us. They are friendly, the place is spotless, and I always get a great night sleep. I love that there is a refrigerator in the room. I will be a "regular" over the next 4 years. April 11, 2016
