Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location and Comfort The convenience and cost of this hotel cannot be matched in downtown Chicago. The rooms are a bit small, but I am a retired visitor who travels light and is happy with a quiet, warm, comfortable bed -- with plenty of reading lights and an ample, basic breakfast. This old hotel, beautifully maintained, fits the bill. For location, convenience and cost, this hotel cannot be beat. March 2, 2015

The only reason we rated the sleep quality as good is that our neighbor came and went and the door slammed quite loudly - even at 5:30 a.m. when they left. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We love visiting Chicago and Holiday Inn made our visit very enjoyable. Those working the desk, doing the breakfast and the cleaners were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!!!! March 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Chicago Magnificent Mile Hotel is Magnificent I stayed at this location for business and leisure. I booked two rooms. The hotel [in the old Cass Hotel] is beautiful to look at from the outside. I was greeted as an IHG member when I checked in. The hotel was clean, quiet, a great value for the location. This is one of the first times I have nothing but absolute superlatives to say about a property! February 26, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room My room was very small and cramped. The smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bath room tiny, no counter space. No amenities such as refrigerator or microwave. 3 hours before required check out, house keeping knocked on my room door and inquired when I was leaving so she could clean the room. Hall ways narrow, elevators extremly slow. Parking was down block and very difficult and inconvienant to get luggage and belongings to hotel room. Entrance had several steep stairs not handicapped friendly. February 26, 2015
