The best part was a big touch screen kiosk in the lobby that had information on the area, so you could get all kinds of information on shopping, eating, and things to do and see nearby. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Do NOT depend on the airport shuttle This Hotel is excellent as long as you do not have to depend on the airport shuttle to get you from the airport. It will take you to the airport with no problems. I have stayed at this hotel twice within the last 3 months. Both times I waited for the shuttle which never came. The first time, the Holiday Inn and Suites shuttle took pity on me and dropped me at the hotel. The hotel shuttle was sitting in the driveway. This last time, I called the front desk, was told that the shuttle runs on the the hour and half hour and would be there in by a quarter past the hour. I waited until 11:25 and then took a taxi. When the taxi dropped me off, where was the shuttle? In the driveway. I was so angry that it took me an hour to fall asleep. Management failure. The hotel itself is one of the best HIE I have stayed at otherwise. They get it right with that one exception. March 18, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty and outdated Find another local hotel and skip this property for business travel. The common areas were dirty and dingy. It looked like the floors hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in weeks. The even staff seem more like a social club than hospitality professionals. My room (3rd floor) was dingy and outdated. Definitely felt more like a roach motel than the typical Holiday Inn Expresses I stay in. March 17, 2015
