The room wasn't clean when i checked-in. Other people who checked in before me had the same issues as they came back down for different rooms. My room wasn't clean, so I cleaned it myself.

The room was clean, bed was VERY comfortable. We had a 3:30 am wake up call so were unable to enjoy breakfast and slept well considering the early departure.

This property should not be in the Holiday Inn network. The rooms are dated and dirty, they smell like death and the air conditioners on the sixth floor rooms are broken and in need of replacement. My room was a toasty 87 degrees Fahrenheit all night long. Having switched to a different room when I arrived I weighed my options of just returning to the airport and sleeping on the seats, or using wet towels to keep cool. I opted for the wet towels. The mattresses in 608 is so badly sunken in I think the support on the floor is missing or broken (my back won’t recover for weeks). The carpet contains remnants of visitors past and I can say for certainty that 601 (my first room) and 608 are being cleaned by a person with absolutely no sense of smell. Even the elevator button in the lobby is smashed! This establishment should not even have the name Holiday Inn associated with it. If all the Holiday Inn Express hotels looked like this one, I would cancel my membership.
