Day of sep 24th- Check out the 25 th
I'm really not happy with this stay. There was a gentleman that was there the night I checked in, He was good, the girl there was rude and not happy. She gave short responses and really made me feel uncomfortable. The next day I got up to another unhappy girl. Same way short responses and very unhappy. The other thing in breakfast, it ended at 9:30am, MCdonalds is not that early. I came down, at 940, and they had cleaned everything up and wouldn't let me get nothing. Again rude people. I was very unhappy with stay and I was going to stay here again for a race, BUT NO I will be staying somewhere else.. Just a all around BAD visit... One more thing they don't recognize IHG members, most places give a gift bag or some sort of special for gold members.. NOT here, nothing

The sign in the Hotel Lobby states that breakfast begins at 6:30 am. The Staff did not come down and begin to set up breakfast until 6:30am on most days. On one morning, It was 6:45am and there was nothing out except coffee. There were other guests that worked construction that were put off as well. Being able to have breakfast at the Hotel is included in the cost of the Hotel room. It is also a requirement of my company that if there is breakfast served at the hotel then we are required to eat there to reduce expenses. However we also have a schedule to keep and not being able to eat breakfast propmptly affects the rest of our day's schedules. I was extremely disappointed that a simple task seemed too difficult for the staff to perform.
The jacuzzi in the room had a broken faucet that sprayed water everyehere when turned on and the button fell out as well. Not impressed at all!
