In town for a wedding and to check out the Inn,we have lots of worker's staying in Conway for the next year and want be be asure that they have a comfortable clean restful place to stay at a good rate!I was given a Corp rate untill check out which then ended up costing me $20.00 more then exspected. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful and courteous staff thru out the hotel My wife and I are both in our mid to late seventies and must be real careful in entering and exiting the bath tub. I usually carry a suction type safety handle in our luggage to give us something to steady ourselves while we are showering. I would recommend a firm handle on the wall that runs the length of the tub about 3 or 4 feet high in the middle. April 8, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing stay Repeat customer at this location; very disappointing stay. Friendly, but distracted front desk at check in, room was a mess when we walked in. Dirty bed linens and towels on the floor and room in disarray. Called the front desk and were told "someone would be right up". Waited for 20 minutes with no one arriving; was told to "go eat dinner and it will be ready when you get back". Was also told we would receive 1000pts for the inconvenience. Never received. Hotel was booked with high school kids that ran up and down the halls all night. We have stayed here before and it was great-I don't know what happened this last visit. April 5, 2016

The rooms are always clean, staff is friendly, exercise room has what I need, the pool/hot tub is a wonderful way to wind down after a busy day out and having access to breakfast without leaving the hotel is a true convenience! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty bathroom and bed not made properly Room had not been cleaned whatsoever; bed had been just pulled up and wrinkles were all In sheets like others had slept there. Bathroom was a total disaster; trash in trashcan; unopened soap in shower; dirty towels and washcloth on floor; dark dirty hair all over counter top and all over sink area. Disgusting! We did contact manager and he said other people had also complained on their dirty, unclean rooms. He gave us an "upgrade" room on 4th floor - upgrade room was a room with a balcony that faced the parking lot late on a Sunday night! Whew I was so glad to leave this motel. I was afraid to eat their breakfast since I had already seen the result of their cleaning crew..we were told we would receive points on our reward card but who knows if that will happen. This hotel needs help. I thought we should have received a free nights stay and rewards for the disappointing room we were given! Awful experience. March 12, 2016
