I just wanted to write and tell you about the horrific experience I had at your hotel this past weekend. I had booked two rooms for the weekend and there was something wrong with both of them. There was nothing good about this experience.
First and foremost your staff is rude. When checking in we seemed to be a bother to the employee. He seemed upset that he had to take his headphones out to help us. Who does that? Who greets a costumer with headphones in?? Unfortunately, I didn't catch the employees name When checking out and explaining the situation to the lady, she was snappy and also very rude. Saying there was nothing she could have done about it and they would look into getting it fixed.
The rooms were dirty. The room I stayed in had a strong urine like odor. The second room had hair all in the bathtub. Disgusting.
Lastly, one of the rooms we couldn't even get in to because the key didn't work. We spent time walking back and forth to the frost desk, getting new keys, and being told they would work, when they never did. Finally, we were told that if we needed in the room we would just have to go to the front desk and have somebody open it for us. We couldn't leave the room without being locked out. Which is just ridiculous and unacceptable.
On a side note...Parking is very very limited.
I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Find a different hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the checkin representative could not have been more friendly or helpful. I parked my car and turn around there was a shuttle to take me to the lobby, again the driver was so nice and friendly. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The beds and pillows were new and very comfortable. I have traveled extensively all over the world and this is the first review I have done.. I was very very impressed with this property. Great rooms, great service, great staff...

Very convenient to Love Field. Our flight was too early to take advantage of the free shuttle, so we used Uber for the first time. I didn't know how to do it, so the front desk staff helped me through it. Driver was at the door before I turned around! 10 minutes later I was in the door of the airport. I cannot comment on the breakfast, because again, it was too early to partake.

MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT! THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND CLEAN. THE TEMPERATURE WAS SET RIGHT WHERE I LIKE IT AND I WAS SURPRISED THAT WE DIDN'T HEAR OTHER PEOPLE IN THE HALL WAYS AT NIGHT. THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND QUIET.

Stayed there Thurs through Sat for a sporting event. Room was not cleaned on Sat. Someone put a do not disturb sign on my door but my sign was still in the room. Room was not cleaned. Brought both signs down to the manager. No apologies. Also, parking was bad and you could hear highway noise in the room.
