It has been a great stay on all the holidays inn I have stayed at room it always comfortable n clean. Employees always available to fit my needs n available to make my stay comfortable

It was a joy staying at this Holiday Inn on our weekend getaway. Very friendly front desk man that inquired about our reason for visiting Dallas. We told him we were there to celebrate our 1 year anniversary of being married, to which he congratulated us. As a show of appreciation for choosing to stay with Holiday Inn he provided us with a free room upgrade. We thanked him for the kindness, but had no idea what we had in store. Let's just say it was the cherry on top of our already fun filled weekend. I mean what couple doesn't love a Jacuzzi spa in their bedroom? Thank you so much again for the kindness, it was very much appreciated!!! We will certainly return for another stay at this location the next time our travels bring us through Dallas.

Was very happy with the 1st Floor King Bed room, was modern and clean. Great bathroom and flat screen...it had a couch too that I didn't use, but made it feel like home.

The room was acceptable. we opted for the feature room which had an in room jacuzzi tub. Although the room itsself was decent, the staff at the hotel were not as accommodating as i have experienced before. I was not greeted politely, upon check in the staff seemed to be annoyed that I dare disturb them. They also did not "thank" me like they usually do for being a Platinum member. The room key failed several times and they did not fix the broken card reader. All night long there was someone running up and down the hallways and in the rooms above us. Again, nobody did anything about it. I also believe I left a pair of shoes in the room and when I called to ask if they had found any shoes they insisted I did not stay at the hotel and once they FINALLY founf the reservation he said they did not find anything. Regardless of my "member status" I expect better service ANYWHERE i pay to stay.
