Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by If you need decent internet, don't stay here When our flight the next morning got cancelled we quickly tried to get on the internet to look at our options for different flights. It took at least 1 minute to load the Google search page (no exaggeration), which obviously made searching for flights impossible. I contacted the front desk, who referred me to the company that manages their internet access. The rep at that company said that the hotel only pays for 0.5 MB/second per user, so I was getting the speeds that were expected. I don't even understand why a company would offer that slow of a connection as an option. If you don't care about internet, then the hotel was fine in terms of being clean, up-to-date and safe. The shuttle to DIA worked well for us. May 4, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by unorganized Once we checked and tried to get into our room we walked into people that were already checked in....I was not happy because my children walked in. When I went down stairs to talk to Samantha at the desk, she thought it was funny; however, I did not and her attitude changed once I told her how unacceptable and unprofessional the situation was and her response. She apologized and said it was the shift before her that checked someone into the room reserved for our family. We were checked into another room with no fridge and to find it dirty. Hair in the bed, hair in the shower along with mold, and the floor was digusting. I cleaned the floor with one of the towels and the towel was brown and gray from the dirt and dust. Towels looked as if they were tossed into the shelf and we only had two large towels for 4 people. When we checked out at 330am the guy was rude and did not come out of the office to confirm we didnt need to do anything to check out, he proceeded to yell from the back room. The shuttle service was great, I would just recommend a second shuttle so people don't have to go to the airport hours earlier than needed. Needless to say we will not be staying g there again.
