WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR ROOM AT YOUR HOTEL, THE ROOMS ARE OLDER BUT ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.
THE STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE AND THE DISCOUNT FOR SOMEONE IN THE HOSPITAL WAS NICE TO.

I was told by my husbands neurologist office that I would receive a reduced rate for staying at this hotel since he had a hospital stay at Harper Hospital. I was not giving a reduced rate, and the quality of rooms I had in my opinion were not worth what I was charged for. My first room was not what I was paying for (a king bed) so they switched me. This room did have a king but the top latch on the door didn't latch, and the shower only trickled out hot water so you couldn't shower. We asked again for another room. This one did have a king, and did have a latch on the top of the door that worked, but the water was only luke warm so every shower I had was luke warm. The shower head wouldn't stay up either. The toilet was also broken, it ran all the time. I wouldn't stay here again, nor recommend it to others. I have told the case worker, hospital staff and our neurologist office about my stay, and didn't recommend it.
