Nice place for stay, but the bed and pillows needs to be changed for some thing more comfortable mattress and pillows. over all it was very good experience, nice friendly staff, good breakfast menu, fired eggs needs to be improved :)

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during July 2015 and I can say that the experience was not above average at best, considering that you would expect a higher level of attention to Platinum IHG members. Three issues in particular: 1) Wi-Fi in the room was horrible. Showed only 1 single bar or no reception at all. When I've brought this up to Front Desk, they first said that they will provide an in-room router, however, nobody came to my room that day. Next day, they moved us into another room with supposedly better Wi-Fi, but they failed to test it themselves and it was the same quality or lack thereof. Both my gf and I tested on our smart phones and on the laptops, but Wi-Fi was not usable. 2) During the check-in, no priority or instant check-in for Platinum members. Was told to stand in line like everyone else, though IHG advertising instant check-in for Priority Club members. 3) Whenever issues were brought up with Front Desk staff, mostly they behaved with a dismissive attitude.
In general, the hotel is clean and free underground parking is available, but good enough only if you don't plan to spend much time inside the hotel.
