Был крайне удивлен, что в двухзвездочном отеле нам были оказаны отличный прием и обслуживание. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал всегда помогал решать нам любые вопросы, начиная от иголки или вызова такси, и заканчивая возможностью в день выезда оставить багаж после выписки из номера до вечера в отеле и возможность принять душ перед самолетом, пользуясь инфраструктурой спортзала. Включенный в стоимость проживания полноценный завтрак и недорогой, но при этом качественный, вечерний буфет очень порадовали. Цена/качество отеля на высоте, ни разу не пожалел о своем выборе. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our choice in Dubai for a resonably priced hotel The staff were excellent, some of the best we have ever encountered anywhere. They were efficient, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet. It is near a metro station. The free breakfast buffet was good. The internet connection was also good. Check-in and check-out were fast and accurate. We will stay here again and again. The hotel is reasonably priced. We have stayed at several reasonably priced hotels in Dubai, and this is the best for the value and the staff are as attentive and proficient as those in a 5 star hotel. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Safa Park Experience A good basic hotel which is functional but suffers from chronic front desk staff incompetence and inefficiency. The IHG Rewards counter was never staffed during our 4 day stay and I had to join the rest of the guests, with long delays as a result. The location of the hotel is good for both Business as well as leisure and is also close to the Business Bay Metro station. April 14, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by COMFORTABLE STAY Very conveniently located. about 8 mins walk to the closets Metro station, Business Bay. It was very easy to move around from the hotel. Staff at the hotel was very courteous and warm. Excellent service and great break fast. Rooms were comfortable. However, the bathrooms need to be looked into. Very clean but the shower cubicle sliding door was not very comfortable to open/ close. No shampoo or soaps or body lotions. April 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very nice hotel in a bad location i liked the stay in holiday inn express as its very good value according to the services. but the only problem is the location of the hotel is very bad as you have to walk about 20 min for the nearest metro station , even if you are coming by car or taxi there is no direct access to the hotel from sheikh zayed street. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by not for business travellers The IHG brand has alway been one to use in the UAE for the business traveller, and there are excellent options available, e.g. the one in Sharjah or in Abu Dhabi. Unfortunately, the Holiday Inn Express Safa Park is not a good option for the professional. This is not so much due to the staff (who are nice and accomodating) but the surroundings with a huge construction site and the non-pro guests that cannot be bothered to keep silence during the nights. Party shouting and discussing on the corridor at 4am repeatedly is not a good preparation for a hard working day. There were some works going on on my floor, and it was some highly chemical odors wafting through my room in the night, as the maintenance guy chose the night as the best option to paint doors with a very agressively smelling paint. Another night gone... The problem with the shower that was blocked was quickly regulated, and I did not mind being placed as a non-smoker in a smioking room as it was advertised as quieter and further away from the elevator (which was not far enough to allow for sleep). I bought a replacement for the shower head myself, so all in all, I had an okay but far from perfect stay. Maybe they will at least finally honor my IHG points several weeks after my stay?
