Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Small rooms and terrible appearance The rooms were very small and over-all the hotel was very old looking. It was definitely not what I have come to expect from Holiday inn's. I asked for a larger room and I was told that there was nothing else available. I feel like because I was staying on points, that I got the worst room in the place. The hotel is very out-dated, and should be classified as a low class hotel. The breakfast was not good, the biscuits were very hard and could not be chewed through. I am typically a Holiday INN person, Spire Elite member, however I will not be back to this hotel. I will either stay at the Silt Colorado location, or continue on to Vail. March 30, 2016

I drive 20 miles out of may way to stay at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff is great. Would return for vacation also. March 28, 2016

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would highly recommend a remodel with updated furnishings, but for the price it was a good value. March 28, 2016

Beginning with a shuttle driver, then the receptionist, then the maid, and also the woman who took care of breakfast. All of them went out of their way; each of them had a friendly smile and welcoming comments. I felt most welcome and wanted. March 28, 2016
