I've stayed at this hotel 5 times in the past year and my experience each time gets worst with each visit. This time I recieved a weak welcome, weak recognition of being Elite IHG member, took longer than usual to process in, hauled my bags up to the room to find out the room keys weren't programmed, there were no K-cups for the coffee machine and front desk had only two and decaf only, the room was extremely dirty with stains in most everything and breakfast is weak. I sure hope they improve fast or I'm going to have to find a new place to stay on my trips through town. The hotel is new and management is letting it go to pits with poorly trained staff..

A very comfortable bed, a very clean room and a friendly staff. All combined to make for a wonderful stay. We will certainly stay here next time we are in the area (in two weeks) and will make Holiday Inn Express our go to hotel. The prices are reasonable for the service and I found the room cleaner than more expensive hotels. I am a very, very pleased customer.

It was a comfortable bed maintained neatly. But there were no toiletries provided in the bathroom.
This facility is a big building with many number of rooms but the breakfast area is very small and not easily accessible with not many usual choices with Holiday Inn. We have stayed in Holiday Inn at various locations with good breakfast, but this facility does not have much choices.
Also before traveling to this place we called up to inquire the accessibility to indoor swimming pool and we were assured that the pool would be open.
So we chose this location as my 6 ear old autistic daughter loves to swim. We also extended our time of stay the next morning only for the accessibility to the pool.
However the pool was not accessible until 7pm even though the check in time was 3pm. The next day pool was not accessible again. It really hurts if you choose something to give comfort to your kids specially autistic but they don't get it.
Being a platinum member I am dissatisfied with this.

I recently booked 2 rooms for my family attending an event in the area. Hotel was pleasantly very clean, rooms were spacious and updated. They also had a good selection for a hot breakfast. Staff was helpful and courteous. Will stay here again.

This has been our "place to stay" for the past 5 years as we
have family in the area. We stay 6/8 times during the year,
and can rely on consistent performance and conditions
time after time. We have come to know several members of
the staff over the years, and it makes you feel "homey"
and not just staying at a hotel, which can be impersonal Looking forward to being back in April!

I was travelling with several member of my extended family just after Christmas, including an elderly aunt who has some physical disabilities.
The ADA accessible room was, according to my aunt (who is very widely travelled - dozens of countries, resorts, and cruise ships) - "the best handicapped room I've ever stayed in".
Obi, the desk agent who checked us in, was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy.

I always enjoy my stay there, the hotel has everything that I need, clean comfortable rooms and clean beds and bathrooms. The breakfast is always great and I love the staff members there.
