Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by park and fly we used this for park and fly on a trip to Mexico. We parked the car, flew to Mexico and 1 week later, we arrived back at Philadelphia at 12:30am. There is shuttle service any time of day or night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable (pillows were especially nice) and it was very quiet. Our car was in perfect shape after being there a week. Nice choices for breakfast. A totally enjoyable 1 day experience. April 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The front desk staff when I checked in late at night was great, a smile on her face and warm welcome for 1:00am in the morning for someone that was dead tired from two cancelled flights and just needed a bed to sleep in. Check in was quick and efficient , and were the comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was pleasant and shuttl service was on time both times I had to take it. Thank you for a great stay April 17, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't use them for parking for your flight They offer 'discounted' parking for the airport in addition to being a hotel. I paid additional to park there for the weekend after staying there Thursday night. Coming back on Sunday night, I called to be picked up twice and it took them 45 minutes to pick me up, while saying he'll be there any minute. My husband called too and was told the driver had to get gas and pick up other people. When the van finally showed up, I saw the tank was 3/4 full (although if asked they'd have the excuses that the gas gauge is broken or they stopped filling because of the need to get people). In reality, he likely didn't stop for gas?. And the front desk woman also told my husband 'we're a distance from the hotel', 'we only have 1 van' and 'it's discounted parking' - discounted? You get what you pay for?. So many excuses and no apologies. Maybe they shouldn't offer the service. It mars the HI name and they don't tell you it will take 45 minutes to get picked up. Does'discounted' parking entitle them drag out pickup? A pitiful way to end a very enjoyable weekend. April 14, 2015
