Poor Sleep Quality

I had reserved four nights at this hotel while in town for work. My room was good, but I noticed that areas behind the bed/nightstands were very dirty. The first two nights I stayed in Room 305 next door to a room with a small child. The child was up multiple times throughout the night either crying or screaming. I requested to switch rooms the next morning which the hotel accommodated. I then stayed in Room 133 right next to the breakfast area/front lobby. At approximately 9pm the third night, the same child was in the lobby with his mother (who I believe is an employee of the hotel) running up and down the hallway and screaming. In addition, the mother was conversing with another staff member very loudly in the lobby area. I finally called the front desk at 10:50pm and requested that they quiet down. The noise persisted until the mother and child left around 11:30pm and I assume went up to room next to #305 for bed. I then requested another switch to a different room the next morning which again the hotel accommodated. I'm not sure exactly what is going on at this hotel with the employee and her son, but I would guess it is interfering with the sleep of other guests. I have been staying in hotels frequently the last 15 years due to my work and have never had an experience like this or had to switch rooms.
