Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent service Our stay at the Holiday Express Fairfield Ohio was one of the best hotel experiences I have had. I travel often for leisure now, however, I traveled more often for business and leisure when I worked. I am rating this stay excellent all the way around. This hotel has a surprisingly great breakfast, the breakfast area is appealing and the food is superb. You get more than a cinnamon role and hot coffee. It is magnificent. The staff makes it a pleasant visit. They are attentive and warm. I travel often in this area as I grew up here. I will make this my hotel stay from now on. I positively recommend this establishment to families and other travelers . It is centrally located with loads of things to do in the area. Stay here and you will never stay any where else. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Front desk Out over all experience was good. We had to check in early due to my husband's work in the area and the hotel was able to accommodate us. Hotel was under construction but this did not affect us at all. Room was clean and updated. Location to my husband's job site perfect. Only complaint was the front desk never had a person there. At check in we waited 5 minutes before we called out to get someone to check us in. There was not a bell to ring. Later we wanted to ask about restaurants. Again, no one there and no one answered our call out. We then went to check out the next morning, and no one was there. Either your hotel is under staffed or existing staff needs to be more available. Also, being gold status members we were never acknowledged. Not that it matters but I do know that that is your policy. June 4, 2016

We find Holiday Inn Express very nice for the price and usually look for them whenever we go out of town. I was also very convenient to restaurants. May 26, 2016
