My experience was great my only issue would be making the right turn to get to the hotel. Another sign would be great. There is a great staff and great service.

Great place tucked away in the corner

It's tucked away behind a few other hotels but it's a nice hotel. The staff are great and everything was as expected. The cleanliness of this hotel is amazing. You could still smell the cleaner in the bathroom when I checked in. I really liked that the staff provided a printout of the expected weather for me. It was sitting on my bed when I got to my room. A staff member also called me within minutes of arriving to my room just to make sure everything met my expectations.

The gym could use a makeover though. It's really small. Barely enough room for three cardio machines and then a cable machine. I would've have preferred an open space with 1 or 2 cardio machines and then some free weights versus the cable machine.

Although the gym was a little small I still highly recommend this location! It's very close to a lot of places to eat and shop (the mall is just across the main street)! The highway is just off the main road if you need to travel anywhere else.

The front desk workers were friendly, but they seemed like it was their first day on the job. I heard things like, " uggghhh this has never happened, I don't know what to do, and I think I can fix this". To me it just seemed like my problem would never be resolved.

Awful smell in the room

There was this smokers room/musty old room smell going on in our room (even though the sign said no smoking). We asked about switching but they were sold out and we got the last king bed room (of course,everyone else probably switched out of that room!). The ladies at the front were very nice and did look to check rooms and offer to spray frabreze (unfortunately I am allergic) so smelly room we stayed. The beds were comfortable and I was exhausted and we left first thing in the morning.

Had to switch rooms, but then ok

My daughter and I stayed the night and the first room we were placed in, the bed was filthy, clearly not changed just remade. When were moved the location of the room was inconvenient, but at least it was cleaner. Front desk staff was amazing!

King Suite Was Incredible!

I loved my stay at the holiday Inn Express in the King Suite. The Jacuzzi garden tub was just to die for. The room was the perfect size! Very spacious. Staff was wonderful! Entire hotel was clean and beautiful! My only negative feedback is that the property itself is a little hard to get to, as it is located behind a few other properties and not easily visible from the main road.
