Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Definitely Recommended!! I decided to choose this Holiday Inn Express due to the free breakfast and close proximity to the beach. It was definitely worth it!!. It is a straight shot to the beach and took no time to get there. It is also extremely close to the outlet mall. Perfect location!! Now onto my review of the hotel, the staff was genuinely welcoming and friendly, the beds were comfortable, the suite was roomy and clean, the bathrooms were nice and clean, and the shower was great!! I am a bit of a germaphobe and really appreciate how very clean my room was. I found NO complaints which was very appreciated!! The breakfast bar was good and gave us a nice variety of choices. My children really loved this hotel as well! Needless to say, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend that you give it a try! April 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room. Very nice room. Upon checking in I was told I had to present a credit card for ID purposes. Even though I had paid for the room at least a month earlier I complied and presented my Master Card. Before we got to the room I was slapped with a $50 charge. Upon inquiring at the front desk about the charges I was told that was in case we got any incidentals at the front desk. I was further told that I would be credited immediately upon checkout if no items were purchased. This did not happen. Upon further inquiring I was told it could take up to 5 days to credit the $50 back. I was Paid in Full and felt used to be treated this way. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent but the credit card incident kind of spoiled our overnight stay. If I wanted a $2 Hershey Bar I think I could have come up with the cash instead of the unnecessary card charges. Thank you, Johnny & Arlene April 3, 2015
