Fixing my air when I was told it was going to be fixed. I spoke to the desk representative the first day, I was told someone would take care of the problem while I was at work.. I get back and the problem was still there. I asked the manager what happened, they said they were not aware of the problem, but would take care of it right away. Three days later the air was still not fixed, I asked for a fan. On the fifth day, I was told the air could not be fixed they would change air conditioners out while I was at work (12 hours) when I get back it wasnt fixed. I was then told I had to move to a new room. All of this could have been avoided if someone had taken care of the problem at first request. To make it worse, there was no compensation for my troubles or inconveniences. For those reasons alone, this STAY received a 2 star.
