Great place great value, highly recommend the hotel for an overnight or and an extended stay.
The staff were friendly and excellent in regards to hospitality. The room is comparable to any other high standard room. Definitely a return to this or any other hotel in this chain.

Loved staying at this hotel. Great location if you plan on shopping. Close if you are looking for a place to eat also. Staff friendly and hotel very nice.

This hotel is close to the city of Portland and very convenient to Yarmouth, Falmouth and Freeport.It's easy on and off the highway, both I295 and Rt. 1. The hotel has very good internet connectivity, with adequate speed.

Love the Bath and Body Works soaps.
Need lounge chairs in the pool area as we live in the next town over and the purpose of our stay is to swim and lounge by the pool

I often stay here, and find some key problems:
*Platinum Recognition: Often neglected, but what is worse is being offered welcome amenity points, choosing them, and never receiving them. It's been three weeks, and still none. I had this happen before, and it took two calls to the property. Since this is the third time, it's clearly a problem.
*Worn door locks: Maintenance is spotty. When a door handle doesn't work well and you report it on your previous stay, and then your next stay in the same room it's still a problem... you know maintenance isn't taken seriously.
*Service turnover: Property seems to have lost some of its long-time associates who I was familiar with. The replacements have no business in a IHG-flagged property. The staff now seems more appropriate to lesser chains.
*Breakfast: Passive-aggressive unpleasant breakfast attendant? Why?
*Pool: Unaccompanied minors that seem to be related to the staff? Is this an ownership benefit?
This property is zooming downhill from once having none of these problems.
