Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location and Amenities I normally stay in IHG locations, either Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, or Staybridge. I like knowing that the rooms and amenities are what I expect, that is refrigerator, microwave, internet and breakfast. As I am usually traveling on business these things make it easier to focus on my work knowing that I have these services available. The Gadsden location was clean and updated and the service staff was great. I will stay here again is my work brings me back to Gadsden. May 20, 2016

The staff were very friendly and attentive - they even took our bags to the room when they realized we had to run off for an appointment after check-in. It's a bit pricey, but we don't regret our stay here at all. May 16, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by rude customer service rep the check in was easy, except my room was wrong, the women told me it would be 20 dollars extra, which is unusual seeing as I am a gold member. Then I had my sister come buy to visit seeing as we are over 1000 miles away from each other and while I was in the pool, which I do all over the united states with family. a women came and was hollering across the pool that our kids had to get out cause they weren't guest. Umm I spent a whole week in this hotel and they are my guest. I couldn't believe how rude she was in front of my kids... then she called the room as we were packing our stuff saying we were to loud. Just picking on my family, she had a attitude with me from the beginning. . aside from that the breakfast attended was very helpful and pleasant and the room was comfortable. just that one evil women. shouldn't work in customer service!
