Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service at breakfast and maid service The ladies serving breakfast did a great job keeping food replenished. They were very friendly and welcoming. The maid that cleaned our room did a great job and really added some personal touches. Out little girls with us left her a note and she responded back with a note back to them. They really got a kick out of it. One of the girls left her phone by accident in the room and thought she had lost it but the maid found it and left it with a note and made sure someone contacted us to let us know that the phone was not lost. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Extras missing and visual confusing Besides the comment on lack of friendliness from the staff that i have come to expect from other experiences, The missing happyhour - meal on the weekdays is a disadvantage when compared to the other options. When I walked in I noticed rightaway a distaste with the decor in the lobby halls and room. This is not essential however I felt overly convinced I would not be alone in my views on the color choices and small imprefections in detail. Besides those citicisms their was not any issue with the stay. The room was good, clean, comfortable, functional. When I seek a hotel I bring my own laptop and am happy to find the TV works with HDMI. This I believe is a modern expectation with the many devices we all have that we want to use for our conveience.
