Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Treated like a second class citizen John was the worst front desk agent I ever countered. He treated me as though I was a second-class citizen. I used my hard earned 20,000 points to stay at this hotel due to the location where I needed to be. If I didn't need this location so badly I would have checked out and stayed at the candle wood suites in Chambersburg. Ashley was amazing She up graded me and treated me like royalty. This hotel is a calm space in the midst of a bustling shopping/dining location, and while it is located somewhat close to the highway road noise was not a problem. It was very nice to be able to walk to dinner nearby, and return to a clean, comfortable environment inside the hotel. The staff were helpful and pleasant, even offering cookies upon our arrival, and bottled water upon departure...yes, details do matter. But, my primary reason for taking the time to write is because this particular hotel made gluten free (soy milk also) breakfast options available. As a person who requires a GF diet, this was a wonderful surprise, which was not only a treat, but also adds to my comfort while staying. The burden of bringing my own breakfast, while having paid for included breakfast was no longer an issue. Thank you for going the extra mile to make your guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. We were on the third leg of a roadtrip and this location was definitely above the level of the others we had stayed in along the way. Yes, we will & have recommended this location and will be back when in the area. January 16, 2016
