Great service and good breakfast.

Service at this hotel was great. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast. The only thing that would need improvement is the housekeeping. Not sure if our pillow cases were changed and the restroom wasn't as clean as it should've been (toilet and faucet). Other then that it was a pleasant stay.

You can tell this hotel is a little older than others; however, it has been updated and is very clean. The staff is very friendly and inviting. They did an awesome job making me feel at home. There's a great group of people that work here!

I was very impressed by the staff at the breakfast. I have found these breakfasts to be chaotic at other hotels. This was very well organized and stocked. Overall experience was very good with this hotel.

Acceptable, but...

We have stayed at this property several times in the past. The rooms have been refreshed and the new decor appears to be easier to clean. I expect fewer issues for people with allergies. The breakfast room remains rather dark and dated; renovation is due.
Rooms are noisy; PA turnpike, busy local,road and train tracks contribute to the high ambient noise level.
There are newer options in the immediate area. Depending on your brand preferences, you may find a better choice at this location.

Best Hotel in the Area

Had a death in the family. Called to make my reservation the next day and requested a specific type of room due to recent surgery. Checked in next day and everything was ready. Was in the area a few months ago and was going to stay at another hotel close by. Once I checked in and saw the condition of the room (which was more expensive), immediately checked out and than goodness there was a Holiday Inn Express nearby. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in this area. Thank you so much.
