get a little better service with some of my requests I had (getting a room with 2 beds versus a bed and couch pull-out under the Standard Room rate). They also didn't allow for an early check-in (a perk you're supposed to get as a Platinum Elite), but I ended up getting in later than anticipated, so it didn't matter in this case. Overall, the experience was not bad and I would stay there again... just wished I would have gotten a little more of the Platinum Elite acknowledgement than I did. [Less]
