I thought we were returning to Intercontinental Barclay, so I was surprised that it was the Times Square location. I'm sure I was even slightly more critical since it wasn't what I was expecting.[More]
Well, what an extremely pleasant experience. The valet was fantastic, what a guy - personable and engaging. The front desk staff welcomed U.S. and we got a great room, with an even greater view! NYC in its spring infancy glory. The bed was comfortable, both to sleep and watch a little TV. The bellhop who took our bags down was a lovely fellow who offered to take our picture with NYC backdrop. He even took a picture on his own phone to see if it would come out better. Intercontinental Times Square is a great, luxurious place to stay. [Less]
