Property is easy to access.The front desk staff are very knowledgeable ,friendly ,and professional. Rooms are well furnished and very clean.

This Holiday Inn Express is in an excellent location. Close to everyone - dining and shopping. The rooms are very clean and extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, and so concerned about our comfort. They would constantly inquire as to wether things were good within our room, if we needed directions, offered recommendations for food, etc. Just a really great staff. The rooms were so clean, as was the overall building.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling through Ohio.

There are a variety of other hotels in the general area of this Holiday Inn Express, but we prefer to stay here. The quality of the furnishings has been updated, the breakfast offerings are better. The staff was nothing if not professional and welcoming. The only thing I could not rate as perfect is the quality of the pillows. Soft had non-existent support, and hard had very little. However, this is a personal preference item and I do not believe it is the hotel's job to anticipate this for every guest. We will stay here again.
