This is by far the best hotel anywhere to be found . I just wanted to take a min. or two to write the following. Nothing but smiling faces anywhere to be found, from the front desk, to the room service people and especially the morning lady who takes care the breakfast, her name is Carmen and the lady who takes care the evening buffet, her name is Sherri. We are coming here at this hotel,2-3 times a year, as we have grandchildren here in Henderson and we are coming to visit them as often as possible from Upstate NY. We met Carmen in the past and we know how friendly, polite, always top service, she knows us by first name, always happy attitude. This is the first time however we met Sherri. She could not do enough to take care of us, my family ,treated us like we are her own family. And that alone in our book is enough to make us keep coming back. Yes, you can find great values , clean rooms, great Wi-Fi, great food in many hotels, but to find people like Sherri and Carmen are tough to find. Service with a heart. Not just because it is their job to offer a great service but because THEY MEAN IT. I am into customer service business myself for over 30 plus years and this a customer service above and beyond. Truly to your goal statement of impressing the guest. Above and beyond. In finishing, after this phenomenal treatment, there is no wonder to why we are keep coming back to this hotel. I am hoping that the shift supervisor will allow staff to read these comments so they will know how impressed we are with their service and further more to please forward this letter to your headquarters. Thank you Sherri and Carmen and Holiday Inn staff in Henderson for making us feel like home away from home. On behalf of myself and my family, WE TRULY THANK YOU. February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service I had to stay for 2 nights due to weather conditions preventing me to get home. I had stayed here one other time as it was the only hotel with an availability. I was so impressed with the service, friendliness of staff, and the wifi service I came again- I was not disappointed. Miguel was at the desk - he was polite and engaging making me feel welcome, and important. The room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet. I will always come here. February 4, 2016

Every thing is nice and clean, The location is very convenient and closed to main strip and airport. The design and color inside the room is beautiful. Kitchen is clean and fully equipped. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hampton or Holiday Inn Express Being a Holiday Inn express gold member, I would pick Hampton over Holiday Inn Express, because it felt like home with there cookies and apples at check in. BUT That has changed with Holiday Inn Express cookies and drink and sandwich and chip night . Way to go Holiday Inn Express January 24, 2016
