Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Probably worst Holiday Inn Express ever stayed at When traveling, we stay at Holiday Inn Express when possible. They are "predictable" with their inns and we are normally very satisfied. However, the inn in Henderson was a big disappointment for us. It had a big population of dogs in the inn which we didn't expect (or like). The elevator (only one in the building) was giving problems on our first day there and on the second day it completely quit . We were on the second floor and had to hand carry our bags down the stairs at checkout. My wife and I are in our 70's and would have appreciated some assistance from the staff with bags, but none was forthcoming. There were handicapped people in wheelchairs staying at the inn, I only hope they were on the first floor! The staff seemed to be nice and friendly, but lacked professionalism with the elevator problem. Just putting up a sign saying " The elevator company has been called" wasn't enough! October 7, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Short Visit for Trade Show Was only in town for two days, three nights for Trade Show. Room was good, had all items needed, fridge, micro, and USP charging port. My smoke detector battery died during my stay and getting a replacement was a comedy of errors but the young man who worked the evening shift was persistent and we resolved finally the chirping. Front desk was also helpful with taxis and information. October 5, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent Stay at a lot of IHG properties this one was a little below others we stay at.. Room nice as most are, however the elevator very very slow and slightly dated, the breakfast room , ehh, not too good. We went downstairs and were told they don't (didn't ) have cinnamon rolls. Huh ? very bizarre, breakfast room seemed a little disorganized. OK place but not great September 30, 2015

The manager on shift tried to be accommodating, I showed up at 2:08; rooms not ready until 3:00. (?) The room and ice box were cool once inside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. September 30, 2015
