Nice hotel

I like the IHG holiday inn express but the breakfast sucks. Rubber eggs with bacon or sausage is not the greatest. Need healthier options for health freaks. Low sugar and low fat substitutes. Yogurt Greek is good, fresh cut fruit would really be nice. Don't eat cereal and stay away from the high carb stuff.

Stay here every week!

I really can't complain about a single thing!! I did notice that the hotel changed a cleaning product, because I notice a smell in the room that wasn't there before and I like the sturdier laundry bags that you used over the summer. These would absolutely not affect my stay here. The staff is nothing short of amazing! They greet us friendly, yet professionally, every time. They go above and beyond to make sure our needs, no matter how slight, are met.

Great experience. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. My room was a bit noisy the first night, but the staff moved me to a quieter room. Breakfast and in-room coffee was very good. Nothing fancy but very satisfying.

My husband and I were most satisfied with our stay. The hotel was very clean. A variety of healthy options were offered at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Best of all the room was extremely quiet. We would certainly book here again if in the area.

Cell phone charger

Was forgotten when I left the hotel - I left it in the outlet by the bed. When I called to see if I could have it picked up; I was told it was not in the room. She closed by saying she hoped I found my charger. In reality as I know I left the charger in the room;; I would be checking with my staff who had access to the room to audit and make sure they are turning in ALL items forgotten by guests. I realize it is just a phone charger; but that is not the point. It was my personal property.

Facilities Clean and Maintained Well

The facility was clean and well maintained. I felt secure within my room. The bathroom was clean and functioned well. I would only suggest that the chair at the desk in the room should be upgraded to a more durable and comfortable chair as siting in that chair for extended periods was not too comfortable.
