Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by conveinently close to acadamy and felt safe In town for school and training.. Hotel was very clean and easy to access.. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful and attentive to our needs. Extended our check out to 2:00 for our conveinence.. will come back if ever in the area again January 29, 2016

Trying to "reuse towels"... everyday... all towels were taken... even the ones hanging! The noise from the room above us was ridiculous! we heard foot steps ALL hours of the night! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleep - not. So, our check in was pretty automated, although human. The young lady at the front counter was very ingenuous with her "welcome". It was about 9pm when we checked in but you would have thought my fiance and I were disrupting her from her beauty sleep with the attitude. Would have been great if they had cleaned up the dry dog food on the floor before we checked in... I mean, I am a dog person and love them but I think it is a minimum expectation to at least vacuum before a guest arrives. Then came the alarm... Yes, we can't help natural issues like a fire alarm that was pulled as a prank right next to the front desk. But after the fire department has already arrived and turned it off, you could at least say something to the guests don't you think? "It's okay folks" "we apologize for the inconvenience" "it is all over now" "you may go back to your rooms now" anything.... I had to leave early since we were on a road trip but I really wish I had the time to ask for my money back in the morning. Not worth it one bit - might have had better rest at another motel.
