We were warmly greeted when checking in. The location was extremely convenient, right off the highway and several places within walking or short driving distance. We would stay again.

The Great: The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. Joseph may actually be the nicest human on the planet.
The Good: The rooms are clean and on the larger side. The HVAC worked well and was relatively quite. The hotel is in a safe area.
The bad: The hotel is an older one. The outside noise in the room is quite bad. It also is near a fire station that is very active, all night long. The hotside of the breakfast was not good. The eggs, sausage, etc, uneatable. There was a pancake machine but it was broken.

We were exhausted from hours of travel and these people made us feel right at home. Checked us in with no hassles. Friendly staff. The room was perfect, clean, quiet, and really close to the coffee!!! I will make all my away from home stays at a Holiday Inn Express, and next month when I go back to Jacksonville I will definitely stay at this one. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and dining. There was even shopping close by so that we didn't need the gps. This was an awesome experience.

Great Service will be staying here again. Easy Access and Friendly Staff. Very Helpful with my Disabled Daughter. Everything was Great. Especially Internet. When I got to my Final Destination at World Golf Village the Internet Service was Horrible. Worst Time I have ever had with them. Noise and All. Thank You Again,

I asked for a bottle of water at the desk..something I've gotten at every other Holiday Inn I've stayed at. he asked if I were a rewards Club Member..I told him I am..He looked up my room # & told me I had to be gold or platinum member for water. I just wanted it so I could take my medication. The man argued with me & would not budge..so no water. Very Rude.. Also, pancake machine was out of batter but no attempt to add more batter.
I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for many years & have never been treated SO poorly. I'm in Jacksonville often & will NEVER stay at this Inn again..

This hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The bed was great. I loved the makeup mirror that was mounted to the wall in the bathroom.

I reserved a room for 3 adults with 2 queen beds. Once I arrived the man at the desk did not honor the price I was quoted online. He gave me a room with 1 king bed after I reserved a double queen. I had to pay for a roll a way bed just to find out the next morning by the manager there was a double queen room open. The district manager had to be contacted since I had paid for 6 nights up front to refund my money yet nobody offered to refund the cost of the bed I had to pay for that I would not have needed if the young man had done his job to begin with.
