Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Declining property Missing welcome points of 500 not credited. As a Spire member asked for upgrade and was told in no uncertain terms all of the rooms are the same. Came down to lobby at 5 am to leave and there was someone lying on lobby sofa asleep? Oh well hotel quality going down. Have been staying at this hotel on business travel for greater than 10 years. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Business Travel The room was clean but there was paint pealing off the walls in the bathroom. The bed was great and the breakfast was a good mix. Best of all were the two lady's at the front desk. There was a redhead who was having a baby and she was wonderfully accommodating. There was also a Dark haired woman(I am horrible with names) who was very helpful. The worst part was the WIFI. It SUCKED. Could not work in the room at night. If the WIFI was updated I would stay again. But because it was so bad I cant. May 31, 2016
