Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay and polite staff Enjoyed the stay. Thank you HI Xpress! Breakfast was wonderful. We didn't have to ask for extra towels. The room had enough square footage and adequate lay out that we didn't get in each other's way which is always nice when you are staying away from home. We received a good night's sleep because of the nice soft and yet firm mattress. This is always a plus when not in the comfort of your own home. Definitely will be back. April 26, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel..bad day The staff was friendly except the one member whom I had the pleasure of telling mold was growing in my shower. I have an asthmatic child and he still didn't seem too concern. However, he did tell the next shift that I needed to be moved. He himself seem to not have time for guest. When I went down for breakfast to enjoy what I thought was going to be some good ole apple juice, I stood there cup to mouth and saw a BUG in my juice! The same front desk personnel didn't seem to care and the juice maker was never changed. I recommend staying here because its the only other "nicer" hotel in Jasper Alabama. March 25, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by birmingham area Hotel is outdated, used points for weekend and was very disappointed. Hotel is in need of updating. Room air conditioner was not working properly and they had a portable fan to help with circulation. Chair in room was badly stained and needing replacing. Dining area needed renovations and it appeared they was some construction going on in dining room but it looked unfinished and not worked on in some time. March 16, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but facility is due for upgrade All employees were helpful and courteous. I did not have a reservation, but the young lady at the front desk took care of us. The rooms were very clean, but are due for remodel to be consistent with newer facilities across the country. I, however, would stay there again because of the cleanliness and hospitality. I did, however, miss the gravy for the biscuits on the breakfast bar that I am used to when I stay at other facilities as I travel. February 18, 2016
