Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by dirty hotel Aside from the fact that I did not ever receive my 500 points, this was easily the dirtiest Holiday Inn Express that i have stayed in. I have stayed here off and on for years but it has seriously deteriorated. Wet towels were in my shower and the whole bathroom felt very damp. The room had not been swept for a while and the hallways were also very dirty. No soap in the bath. I was told to use bath jel instead. I was very surprised but there are too many other options nearby for me to stay here again. July 22, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs a little upkeep The hotel was nice. The staff was great. The room was very muggy. The next morning we noticed a note about the AC settings. We may not have had it on the "dry" mode. The note needs to be a lot bigger, so it's noticeable. The tile grout in the shower needs bleaching/scrubbing. July 19, 2015
