Have never stayed in a suite at Holiday Inn, but decided to splurge a little and get the King Suite with the soaking jacuzzi tub and breakfast option.
First of all, the room was immaculately clean, the furniture is nice, bed was comfortable, and the tub was simply HUGE. The decor is modern and updated, everything looks brand new. The bathroom is a nice, comfortable size - plenty of room for 2 people to get ready in there. The shower is large with a fantastic shower head.
My only complaint would be that there are limited places to set your bathing items inside the shower other than on the floor or 2 small corner soap dishes. A little creativity gets the job done though. Lovely staff, easy check-out, very comfortable and relaxing....and for the price you can get a suite at one of the more high-end hotels, but will get far fewer luxuries. Very impressed. Highly recommend this location and especially the suites if you feel like splurging a little. Will be returning.

The rooms are spacious, they aren't huge but it is enough to be comfortable and cozy to be able to sleep and relax. The staff was very friendly and every request I had they helped with haste and no attitude.I have a nine month old and they were patient and didn't mind getting hot water for her when I asked for her bottle.

We decided to stay in KC an extra night to enjoy the city and go out to eat. When making the reservation on the day of our stay, I inquired about a hot tub in the hotel and was assured there was one. After arriving and attempting to use, I was told it wasn't working and not in use. Breakfast offerings were also very blah. Not a good value compared to other hotels with similar amenities and offerings.

The room was perfect! It was very clean and well maintained. It was great! They have a great fitness center with new equipment. The lobby was and offers a great business center.
Above average...more suitable for those travelling. I would reccommend highly recommend!

Had stayed at this property previously, to be near KCI airport for vacation flyout. Hotel is clean, comfortable, modern and generally meets HI Express standards. Front desk agent friendly and personable, immediately greeted and offered IHG Gold amenities at check-in. However, hottub, though large and bubbly, was lukewarm at best. Also, had snaffu with airport shuttle pickup service, as nobody answered the phone despite an agent being on duty at the desk. Issue with landline/wireless rollover phone service or the like, which should be resolved. Was refunded parking fee as a result of inconvenience.
Despite these issues, I would again stay at this property, as I like the brand, loyalty program, cleanliness and proximity to KCI airport.
