My company has a corporate rate here so I spend a week a month here. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff at the front desk does a good job.
The WiFi does not have enough band with for the size of the facility. I usually have to use my phone as a hot spot just to do email.
The stationary bike in the exercise room was broke for a couple of months and when I said something about it the just took it out and didn't replace it.
The breakfast meat during the week is so dried out or burnt that you can't eat it. It was much better on the weekends that I have been here.
The things that they do good are consistently good,
the things that they do bad are consistently bad.

I do not like that the remotes do not have a sleep timer on them. When I travel I have a hard time falling asleep and the TV helps

The rooms are great, and the beds are really comfortable. The breakfast looked good, but not much in the way of take away items for on-the-go. A little bit of a learning curve on the K-Cups with the hotel staff. I used my two allotted paper cups on the first night and never received any additional cups at any point during the remainder of my stay. I found the note to all guests that the hotel would begin billing for stained towels a little frightening. The wifi is slow but stable until 8:00PM then goes to a crawl and begins to drop.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and I have enjoyed my stay each time. The hotel staff was very helpful when I needed service and the rooms I have stayed in were very clean.

Breakfast has limited choices, add more selections will attract more guests to stay in next travel. Air conditioning was kind of loud while running, I have to turn it off in order to sleep.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel, when they saw my reservation they knew who I was, they remembered me! that says a lot about the staff and management. The GM was there when I walked in and not only greeted me by name but with a hug which was very much needed. I call the front desk girls Barbie 1 and Barbie 2 because they are so sweet, funny, kind, caring and not to mention beautiful! they always have a smile on their face and they seem to enjoy nice conversation. I went to get something to eat before checking in, as luck would have it all drive thru's were out, the power went down. Lucky for me the GM still had food out, she takes it upon herself to provide snacks for people, the meatballs were really good!! and this hotel is the only one hat I have been to that keeps the fruit and oatmeal out after breakfast, all day long so people have something to eat when they get in. Honestly if I could live there I would. I recommend this hotel, I recommend going out of your way to stay there. I just don't understand why it is an express hotel, as beautiful and big as it is I think it would be full service, I'd say it is but just without the restaurant.

My wife and I stayed the night while moving our daughter to Kingsport for a summer internship. First let me say the young lady at the front desk was more than helpful and did everything in her power to make our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, she was trying to run the entire facility alone, including being the maintenance person as well. Our thermostat in our room wasn't working so she tried for 3 hours to get someone to come in and get it going to no avail. She personally brought us a fan about 10:30 that night. It didn't help much as three 10 year olds ran the halls until 1:30 am. Beds are definitely what I am accustomed to in Holiday Inns. Hard as a rock. I've stayed in many Holiday Inn's in many different states over the years and this was the most disappointed i've been. Had to happen eventually lol. Also, the poor girl at the front desk was apparently still there when we checked out the next morning.
