Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not Book again. The room was damp and eventually soaking wet carpet. It turns out the water was dripping from the AC unit inside the room. My children and I got a cold by the end of othe second night stay because the problem was never fixed. Upon arrival I complained about the damp carpet and the second day the maintenance man came by, put down old towels on the floor and never returned. When I checked out all I got for my inconvenience was an insincere apology. July 31, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Staff is great The Staff at the Holiday Inn Express were great. The rooms on the other hand another story. It is my opinion the Hotel is in desperate need of updating. The tiles don't match in the bathroom. The room has a really bad musty smell. Even though on the top floor, the walls are paper thin and you hear everything in the hallway. I can only imagine being on a lower floor. Oh and the air conditioner, when it kicks on, sounds like a truck. I should mention, they offered to move us, but not only a pain an it would have been the 2nd floor. The Holiday Inn Express in Woodland Hills CA really set the bar High. That location is amazing. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Good for Business I booked this hotel for a business trip to the Orlando area. The room I was given was clean and comfortable. The problem was the WIFI internet service that I needed to work was not working in my room. There was no plug in alternative. When I discussed at the desk I was given the option of another room but in that room the AC was not working properly making the room hot and damp. I decided to stay in the current room for the first night, my comfort was more important and use the business center, lobby for internet access. The next morning I inquired again and was told that they could move me later in the day to another floor. When I returned from my day's meetings I noticed that even in the lobby the Wi-Fi was not working well. This hotel needs a technology upgrade even the business center is old and outdated with only 1 computer hooked to the printer. Also it's tourist season in Orlando, the lobby has a Disney booth and a bus to the park, it's gets very crowded and noisy July 27, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Short Disney Stay This hotel need to work on their overall customer service experience The first room that was given to us was smelly.... It had a moldy odor and the air conditioner did not work properly. After a long drive in from GA I was so disappointed on the room that was issued. Also Breakfast was at 6am to 9am... Yuck is the word that would define my experience. A customer ahead of us dropped some eggs on the counter he then scooped it up and put it back into the container... I was mortified after witnessing that My family and I went out to have breakfast.. after returning from breakfast, my children wanted to use the game room that should have been open since 9am but had to wait until the front desk called maintenance to open the door.. let mind you that it was 10:30am... very dissatisfied with the overall experience of this hotel July 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Hotel! We were so happy with our experience at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was great with so much to choose from, and it offers a free shuttle to all the major parks which we were visiting. One particular staff member, Roberto, was so friendly and helpful, he made us feel so welcome. we just loved him! As an IG rewards member, we were allowed to have a late checkout, which we really appreciated since our flight wasn't until early evening. The outdoor pool is very nice and has a jacuzzi nearby as well, very relaxing! There were only a couple of small drawbacks to this hotel--the shower heads were not great, the settings were either like showering in fog or such thin, sharp streams they would slice your skin! And the water pressure was only so so. Also, we were across from the vending room, and another guest was filling a cooler with ice at 7am every day. We were so tired, though, we didn't bother to ask to move, too much trouble. All in all, we are always very happy with HI Express and would stay there again in a heartbeat. And Roberto deserves a raise, he is wonderful! July 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Night's Sleep Before Meeting Up with Family We enjoyed how quiet the hotel seemed although there were several softball teams staying there!! The breakfast staff was AWESOME in keeping everything hot and fresh while so many people were eating prior to their early morning game schedules. The front desk staff was also very attentive to our needs; I only wish we had been there a few days to be able to utilize the shuttle service to Disney. We will DEFINITELY stay at this same location while visiting the Disney area in the future!! Thanks Again for a Great Night's Sleep. We look forward to visiting again soon!!!!! July 17, 2015
