They are SO customer-oriented. They greet you by name every time you enter the property. They are professional, courteous, immediately responsive to all your needs. So refreshing to find such a property. Makes me feel at home and so welcome and appreciated. Great job to front desk personnel, housekeeping, happy hour staff, maintenance. The entire staff. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The staff were lifesavers My husband and I had just come off a wonderful trip for our anniversary and 20 minutes into our 12 hour drive home our car broke down. We were basically stranded for two days and we could not have made it with out the staff at the Holiday Inn Express. They were fantastic to us and the hotel was beautiful! What could have been a very stressful situation was alleviated due to the kindness and assistance they showed us. February 12, 2015

I reported it to front office in the night and no one took care of it.. and got a cold reply that it will be taken care of in the morning by 6:00... no one came in the morning. in the night and morning I had to come down and use the common toilet in lobby 3 times for bathroom needs .. the common toilet was so filthy that I had wipe and clean the seat every time with wet tissues... later in the mornign I re-checked with front desk and was told that the house keepign person is expected to arrive by 7:00... I asked for a room change as the room was getting stinky with unflushed matter from the night before... got the room changed for shower.. was late for my meeting... had terrible sleep... very very bad experience... I haven't received any call or management response for such a bad hotel stay nigh.. will never stay in this proerty February 2, 2015
