Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by managment is unorganized our room was not ready when we arrived at 6pm. we were not the only guests with this experience on this day and according to other reviews, this has happened often. the manager seemed unorganized and unable to handle the situation. he assured me of complimentary points on my IHG account as a compensation for our inconvenience since we used our reward points for the stay. THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED and he has not returned my call to inquire. The front desk staff was as helpful as they could be considering the position they were put in. June 27, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible stay at Holiday Inn room not ready at check in time, front desk staff very rude and unwelcoming (namely Judith), open beer bottle in room even after inspection, hair on shower tile, milk not provided for kids on request, nasty breakfast, made stay very uncomfortable for me and my family. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Pleasant Stay We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this hotel. The front reception team member Leilani was especially helpful with the check-in process and then she followed up with a call to our room to make sure all was in order. She also helped with various questions throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are nicely landscaped and the pool always looked clean. I liked the RFID guest door locks so all you need to do is scan your door keycard while it is still in the wallet. The laundry room had a front loading, high efficiency washer. The breakfast staff did a nice job keeping all items stocked and we found that Tasha was very friendly. June 1, 2016
