Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bloody sheets My room was unclean and there were blood stains on the comforter and sheets of one of the beds. We were issued new a comforter and sheets after a wait of about 30 minutes. The apologetic desk worker assured us she'd have put us in a different room, if there were any available, and offered us reward points for the trouble. May 16, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quite and restful We came in late and the front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. We found our room and had a warm shower with plenty of hot water and fresh clean towels. The bed was comfortable and my dad is so picky he even liked the bed. Up and running in the morning grab a cup of coffee and out the door. Thanks for a great night rest. May 3, 2016

Room was perfect and we slept like babies! Great location for what we needed and easy drive to Siesta Key for the sunset!! April 27, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Broken A/C Have been to this hotel before and it has a nice lobby area, good location. Stayed for 2 nights for a soccer tournament. When we got to the room the A/C was not turned on nor was the fridge. Turned on both and neither worked. Room never cooled and being in Florida it was a long restless night - muggy and hot. Fan blew all night but did not cool. When I told the desk the next morning they sent maintenance immediately which was great. The solution was to move us to another room for night two (inconvenient but ok). Unfortunately, since the hotel was sold out guess what? They gave the first room to another guest for Saturday night without fixing the A/C? Kicked the can right down the road. While I appreciate getting a new room I felt horrible for whoever replaced us! And I did not receive any accommodation in price break or points for having to deal with a sleepless Friday night. Would have been nice to have been offered without having to ask. Fridge didn't work in room 2 either. I'd stay here again but management needs to step up and fix things and not just let another guest suffer. April 25, 2016
