Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good location, clean room, quiet. I was in Laredo on business. This property was centrally located near where I was doing business. The property management accommodated a special request of mine which I greatly appreciated. This helped the start of my stay to be enjoyable. The facility was clean as was my room. It would have been an extra if I would have had real cups and glasses in my suite. Otherwise; all was good as expected. July 27, 2015

The one negative was that the pillows, all 4 of them, smelled like sweat. I had to place a towel over one of the pillows to avoid the awful smell of the pillows. July 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable quiet room liked the room just not on the fourth floor next time, but it was quiet the pillows were lacking cushion even the firm but not as bad as I have seen at other rooms, the major issue was the shower was run down and looked dirty, the breakfast was decent but, the staff was not available to answers questions about menu choices. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by very good hotel Have always enjoyed staying at this facility, and I will return to it next time I am in Laredo. Did have an issue with the A/C. Couldn't get it to adjust with the wall mounted thermostat. There was no hot water in the morning when I took my shower. And I wasn't greeted as a IHG Rewards Member. I did bring it to the attention of the staff in the morning, and I have not doubt that everything would be addressed in a professional manner. July 12, 2015
