Staff was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some nights we were disturbed with barking dogs in other rooms. The Pool area could have been cleaner. Lots of garbage thrown over the fence by other guest's which should have been addressed by the grounds keeper. The first few days the pool needed cleaning, but after the third day, it was better.
Over all, we had a very pleasant stay. Kudos to your room staff! They were so pleasant, and did a wonderful job. They certainly need to be paid more as they are the ones that generate good reviews for your properties. Management needs to really look at this to continue bringing responsible guest's back. I unfortunately had the opportunity to see the way some guest left their rooms at check out. It was beyond disgusting, but the staff just dug in and did their jobs to clean up.

Breakfast was the same thing three days straight, that was disappointing. They had some organization meeting for 2 days and they took over the dining room. Next time they should put them in their own conference room. This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we are very happy with the service and the room. Our room was not as clean as it should have been.
It would be a plus, if they offered to rent chairs/umbrella for the beach.

I spent so much time at hotels due to my job , and I can tell you that whatever the reason is for your stay this is the best hotel by far to stay at Largo area. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful , rooms are clean and quite. Also the hotel is pretty much close to everywhere .
