We stayed at this resort because of a basketball tourney at Skidmore College. The price for hotel was a little steep for the area - compared to other HIEX properties. Saturday AM, our team needed to be out the door by 7AM. Breakfast starts at 7AM. The front desk staff were a little reluctant to have breakfast ready 10-15 min. earlier which was not what the team wanted to hear. When we came down to the lobby, the entire breakfast buffet was prepared including hot food. The breakfast staff was amazing an extremely accommodating.
Internet at the hotel was very slow. Can't have that. The Sports Bar at the end of the hotel was OK. We went both Fri

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel and the guest rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Was there overnight, so no long term experiences. The parking was excellent as well as finding it from the Interstate. There weren't any screens on the ground floor, so rather than leave the window open, had to close it...minor. Have stayed at several IHG hotels and would rate this one a 7.5 against all of them. Latham didn't have a refrigerator, but did have coffee pot

Good place to stay the night. Enjoyed the breakfeast and room to eat. Hotel was clean inside and out.

This is the second time in 30 days that I have stayed at this hotel, and I've used it at least several times a year in the past couple of years. The service, cleanliness, and sense of privacy was excellent this time, and is consistently excellent. I like the feeling that I can rely on this hotel, and never run into any unpleasant surprises.

I asked for housekeeping to clean my room on the 2nd day of stay. But front desk did not understand my simple request. By late that night I had to ask for clean towels because none was provided. I would have scored this hotel higher if they got my request right and provided some basic services, since it seemed like a nice hotel. Very disappointed.
